We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, unopened, with all original packaging and the safety seal intact. Please include your order number or receipt. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances.

Some items are not returnable: samples or discovery sets, decants, custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items marked final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the product. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including original shipping costs where applicable.

To start a return, email us at [support email] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply with return instructions and a return authorization. Unapproved or COD returns may be refused.

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is your responsibility. For bundles or sets, all items must be returned together in original condition.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. Exchanges are processed as a new order once your return is accepted. If refunding to the original method is not possible, we will issue store credit.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable. If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address or import restrictions, we will refund the product price minus shipping and any return charges once the package is received back in acceptable condition.

Perfume is a flammable good and must be shipped according to carrier rules. Please pack returns securely; we are not responsible for returns damaged in transit. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us so we can assist.
